Sales & Service Representative
Job Description
Position Open: March 22nd– November 24th
Status: Seasonal, Part-time
Pay: Bi-weekly Wage: $13+
Education: Associates degree in green-related industry or 5+ years of comparable industry experience considered a plus, but not required.
Requirements & Qualifications: Previous experience using Point of Sale systems, intermediate skill level with Windows and Microsoft Office programs, excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Outstanding relationship-building and customer service skills. Customer-focused, friendly and professional demeanor. Must be able to work independently or in a highly collaborative environment, embracing teamwork and productivity. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus. Strong plant identification IQ highly desired.
Core Hours:

M-F 7:45am-4:15pm (1-hour lunch.) Sat: 7:45am – 12:15pm

April-June & Sept.-Oct.:
M-F 7:45am – 5:15pm (1-Hour lunch) Sat: 7:45am – 12:15pm |
| Must be available 3 Saturdays a month | Seasonal fluctuations may necessitate early arrival/late departure. |
Responsibilities:
| Enters quotes and orders into POS system | Assist partners with plant selection & tagging |
| Assist Operations with cycle counts | Stock showroom & maintain its cleanly appearance |
| Light daily housekeeping/cleaning | Coordinate/Communicate order needs with LSI sales & operations departments |
| Load customer vehicles from pick-ticket | Burlap & tie trees/shrubs |
| Assists with the unloading of material at LSI yard | Other duties as assigned |
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in and withstand temperatures varying from below freezing to 100˚F and all forms of inclement weather (Snow/Rain).
Potential Job Hazards: Moving Machinery, Repetitive Motion, Dust, Uneven Terrain Loud Noises, Slick Surfaces.
